Me

Cameron -- trying to write, think critically about music & the world, etc. Really like sharing w/people and getting others to be enthusiastic about interesting and otherwise worthwhile stuff. Graduate student in Detroit, MI. 

What this is:

An informal, open forum on which I would like to share thoughts/impressions of all types of music, new and old. Might come in the form of an album review, generalized comments, anecdotes, or something like an inappropriate joke. My hope is to get the word out on some awesome groups/artists so as to share with friends and others the joy (and sometimes sorrow) music brings me every day -- maybe even learn some new things in the process. Comments and criticism welcome.

What this is not:

My snobbish attempt to place myself on the cutting edge of music-industry editorialism by hosting a revolving door of "discovery," thus limiting myself to commentary on things that truly do not interest me (i.e., I will frequently post about well-established groups or artists if for no other reason than I love them and so should you).
